Research Interests
My research focuses on the impact of organizational structures and behaviors on sport development. The practical outcome of such work is enhanced effectiveness in sport program development through improved marketing, policy-making, and administration. Recent research has included explorations in the areas of sport officials, mental health, LGBTQ+ participants, and women in sport.
