Take a look at our admissions checklist below, and if you haven't already, apply today

Books and Materials

Coincidence that ebooks rhymes with “free books?” We think not. Yes, all ebooks are provided to credit-seeking undergraduate students at no cost – thanks to the University’s book grant. Some programs will have additional course material costs not covered by this grant. The materials needed can be viewed within the Academic Plan. Simply click on the course title and select the Course Materials block under the course’s description to see what materials are needed.

Submit the Application for Admission
Welcome to the first step on your new path in life. If you have not done so already, complete the Admissions Application. This link can be found in the header of most pages on the website.
Complete the Acknowledgement of Student Rights and Responsibilities
Read over the University’s policies and procedures as well as accept the University’s agreement to handle disputes through arbitration.
Verify Your Identity
We believe you are who you say you are. Still, applicants are required to upload a valid government-issued photo ID in our secure document portal. For military and veterans, we request a copy of the Joint Services Transcript in lieu of requiring a photo ID. Air Force applicants are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID to [email protected] or an official CCAF transcript.
Submit Proof of High School Completion (if applicable)
Anyone who says high school is the “best time of your life” never experienced the thrill of a college degree. But first, new applicants to an undergraduate program whose highest level of education is high school or its equivalent may be required to submit proof of completion through our secure document portal.
Tour the Ecampus
Log into the ecampus, select the down arrow beside your name in the page header,  and click Edit Profile to review and confirm that your personal information is correct. While you’re there, get familiar with the various areas of the ecampus. It may not include a fancy stadium or manicured lawns, but that’s just one way we put valuable resources back into YOU, our students.
Begin the Transfer Credit Application
This starts the process of evaluating your prior college, military, and/or professional credits. A Transfer Credit Application is required for all undergraduate degree-seeking students who have attended other accredited institutions. Once all documentation is received, the process can take 2-3 weeks, so start it early!
Determine Payment Options
Affordability is one of the main differences between us and the other guys. We accept several forms of payment such as federal student aid, military tuition assistance, veterans benefits, scholarships and loans, employer funding, and self-payment. Consider your options, then choose the best payment for your budget. Details can be found within your ecampus and are also located on our website.
Register for Classes
Let the learning begin! Click Register Now in the top banner of the ecampus and follow the prompts until you receive a confirmation number or the course shows as registered in your Academic Plan.
