This course provides an overview of the real estate management field. Students will have the opportunity to discuss and review terminology, concepts, and best practices in real estate management. The course explores the various management roles, including Broker strategic planning and financial responsibilities, liability and safety, leadership, operations, legal, and ethical guidelines in real estate management.
