American Public University System (System) now includes American Public University, American Military University, Rasmussen University, and Hondros College of Nursing. The System is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Public Education, Inc. (APEI). Checking the Status of Your Transfer Credit Evaluation

You may view the status of your transfer credit evaluation (TCE) by logging into the ecampus and clicking My Academic Records under the Records menu. If any documents do not have a Date Received displayed, that means we have not received everything we need to complete the evaluation.

Once all required documents have been received, your TCE evaluation takes about 2 to 3 weeks to complete. You’ll receive an email informing you when the results are ready.
