On [DATE], American Public University System combined with Rasmussen University and Hondros College of Nursing to form a single higher education institution. American Public University System (System) now includes American Public University, American Military University, Rasmussen University, and Hondros College of Nursing. The System is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Public Education, Inc. (APEI). Course Materials Have Not Arrived

If you haven’t received your course materials by the first week of class, contact us:

If your course materials do not arrive by Friday of week one of the course, we advise you to drop the course and re-register for the next available session. If you drop the course before 11:59 p.m. ET Sunday of the first week, you’ll avoid any financial penalties. Appeals for course reimbursement generally are not accepted based on books arriving late.

Materials Sent to the Wrong Address

If you changed your address recently, email ecm@apus.edu to ensure your course materials are shipped to the correct address. Also, if you have not yet done so, please edit your student profile to update your contact information on file with the university.
